Job Description
An established contractor delivering water, utilities and civil infrastructure projects across South-East Queensland is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join its growing delivery team.

Working across a diverse portfolio of capital works and maintenance projects, you'll play a key role in supporting Project Managers to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget. This is a hands‐on role where you'll be involved from planning through to completion, working closely with site teams, clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
n
Support the delivery of multiple civil and water infrastructure projects.
n
Prepare and manage project programmes, procurement and subcontractor coordination.
n
Monitor project costs, forecasting and commercial performance.
n
Coordinate site activities with supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers.
n
Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements.
n
Manage RFIs, variations, project documentation and reporting.
n
Build strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.
n
About You
n
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar.
n
Experience as a Project Engineer within civil infrastructure.
n
Strong understanding of project delivery, procurement and cost control.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple work fronts.
n
A collaborative and proactive approach to project delivery.
