Additional information:

This role is Permanent Part-time (60hrs/fortnight)
n
You will work on a rotating roster between 8:00am - 9:30pm on weekdays, and 3 out of 4 weekends (both Saturday and Sunday).
n

About this work area
n
Receiving, unloading, replenishing and rotating food stock in accordance with food safety and inventory procedures.
n
Performing manual handling activities including lifting, moving, stacking and storing stock safely and efficiently.
n
Supporting stock control processes, inventory checks and maintaining accurate stock records.
n
Assisting with food preparation, food production and service while following production plans and food safety requirements.
n
Working across the kitchen, customer restaurant, Swedish Food Market,
dishwashing and back-of-house areas as required.
n
Maintaining clean, safe and organised workspaces, storage areas and customer-facing environments.
n
Operating equipment such as manual pallet jacks and other approved handling equipment.
n
Providing friendly, efficient customer service and supporting customers with their food and dining experience.
n
Following IKEA Food and HACCP standards to ensure compliance with food safety, quality and operational requirements.
n
Who you are
n
A reliable and hands-on team player who enjoys physical work and staying active throughout your shift.
n
Comfortable working across multiple areas of the business and adapting to changing operational priorities.
n
Experienced in stock replenishment, warehousing, logistics, retail operations, food production, hospitality or similar fast-paced environments.
n
Physically capable of performing manual handling activities, including lifting, carrying, unpacking, stacking and stock rotation throughout the day.
n
Safety-focused, with a strong commitment to following food safety, workplace safety and operational procedures.
n
Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage stock, inventory tasks and daily routines accurately.
n
Customer-focused and willing to support both back-of-house operations and customer-facing activities when required.
n
Comfortable using basic computer systems for inventory, stock management and operational tasks.
