What you'll be doing
n
n
Conducting daily aerodrome serviceability inspections before scheduled aircraft movements.
n
Monitoring and reporting aerodrome conditions and issuing NOTAMs when required.
n
Inspecting and maintaining airport lighting and emergency facilities.
n
Maintaining airside and landside areas, including mowing, gardens, fencing and aerodrome markers.
n
Maintaining the passenger terminal, toilets and surrounding facilities to a high standard.
n
Undertaking airside security checks and ensuring vehicles comply with aerodrome requirements.
n
Carrying out aircraft refuelling duties, including fuel testing, stock checks and fuel installation inspections.
n
Performing routine servicing and maintenance of plant and equipment.
n
Providing ARO coverage across the roster, including weekends and public holidays.

What we're looking for
n
You will be a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for excellent service.
n
n
A current Aircraft Aeronautical Radio Operators Certificate (AROC).
n
A current Aerodrome Reporting Officer Certificate.
n
A current Class C Manual Driver Licence.
n
Strong knowledge and skills in aerodrome operations and maintenance.
n
Experience in fuel dispensing.
n
A strong commitment to safety, customer service and professional standards.
n
Possess or be eligible to obtain a Queensland Firearms Licence.
n
