Job Description
This role plays a significant part in supporting the business objectives of delivering high quality service to our suppliers and staff. This is achieved through undertaking the day-to-day Accounts Payable function, accurately processing payments to suppliers and assisting the team to efficiently meet its reporting deadlines.

This position will be based at our Windsor Head Office.

Responsibilities include:
n
Accounts Payable
n
n
Manage the day-to-day full function Accounts Payable duties
n
Apply operational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks to ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time
n
Attend to Accounts Payable queries promptly and professionally, escalating any unknown issues appropriately
n
Prepare payment batches as required to meet determined payment terms
n
Keep track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
n
Prepare supplier reconciliations to ensure completeness and integrity of payment batches
n
Prepare analysis of accounts and produce monthly reports
n
Adhere to departmental confidentiality and compliance standards
n
Perform ad-hoc duties as required and provide support to the Finance team
n

Customer Service
n
n
Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage external payments
n
Maintain robust working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
n
Communicate with customers and clients about billing discrepancies, irregularities and questions
n
n
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
n
n
Full-function Accounts Payable knowledge and experience dealing with high volumes of invoices and queries
n
Proven customer service skills and ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
n
High level of organisational and time management skills as well as the ability to prioritise tasks
n
Ability to meet conflicting deadlinesAttention to detail and accurate data entry skills
n
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
n
Proficient in MS Office and accounting systems
n
Experience with Sage is highly advantageous
n
