The Impact You'll Make
n
As a Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for delivering and overseeing high-quality clinical care while supporting residents with a range of complex and changing needs.
n
Your Responsibilities Will Include
n
n
Conducting clinical assessments and developing person-centred care plans
n
Monitoring resident health and evaluating care outcomes
n
Providing complex nursing care, including wound management and chronic disease support
n
Responding to health concerns, acute deterioration and clinical emergencies
n
Supporting residents living with dementia through safe behavioural management practices
n
Delivering palliative and end-of-life care with compassion and professionalism
n
Administering and managing medications in line with best practice guidelines
n
Supporting infection prevention and control initiatives
n
Leading, mentoring and supporting Enrolled Nurses and Personal Carers
n
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and care records
n
Working collaboratively with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Degree or postgraduate qualification in Nursing
n




Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
n
Ability to lead and support care teams in a residential aged care environment
n
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with residents, families, and teams, committed to person-centered care and growth
n
Sound computer literacy and clinical documentation skills
n
Valid Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
n
