Tradewind Australia partners with a community-based homelessness service to recruit Crisis Support Workers for a men''s accommodation program in Mackay. Casual/locum shifts available with immediate start, across day, afternoon and sleepover shifts.

You will provide end-to-end support across the client journey-from intake through to exit, aiming to stabilise the immediate situation and support longer-term pathways into secure, secure housing, with a focus on complex needs including mental health.
