Job Description
Manage the delivery of commercial construction projects from commencement through to completion. You'll be responsible for project planning, contracts, budgets, procurement, client relationships and overall project performance.

Certificate III in Carpentry and/or Project Management experience
n
n
Minimum 2-5 years' experience as Project Manager
n
Hands-on experience delivering Australian commercial construction projects
n
QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
n
Current CPR and First Aid certifications
n
Valid White Card (Construction Induction)
n
Solid understanding of WHS and site compliance requirements
n
Proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
Reliable, organised, and safety-focused
n
Strong communication skills
n
Local candidates preferred, or candidates willing to relocate at their own expense and be based in the Mackay & Whitsunday Regions
n
Australian Citizenship required.
