Job Description
A well established, family owned local business is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join their team as a Warehouse Officer.

They are dedicated to providing training to ensure your success in the role.
n
The successful candidate will commence as a casual with set days with the potential for the role to become a full time ongoing role.
n
Duties will include:
n
n
Picking and packing - accurately pick, pack and dispatch orders for shipment, using the inventory management system to record information.
n
Shipping and receiving - receive, unload and organise incoming stock and materials. Inspection of deliveries to ensure that there is no damage or discrepancies.
n
Assist with the maintain of inventory levels in order to meet business requirements,
conducting of regular stock takes and
reporting/investigating
variances found.
n
Ensure that the warehouse is kep clean and tidy, ensuring that all goods are put away and equipment is checked and maintained in accordance with business requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

n
Be able to show initiative and problem solve
n
Work independently
n
Previous experience in a similar role
n
Physically fit
n
Forklift License
n
Current drivers license
n
n
