V/Line is seeking a Senior Network Access Specialist to join the Projects Group, reporting to the Network Access Manager – Projects. You will govern NOI entries, coordinate access, and align project needs with the Master Schedule across regional Victoria.

In this role you will mentor junior staff, chair Access and Occupations meetings, and collaborate with Network Services – Planning to support secure, timely access to the rail network. Occasional site travel is required.
