Lead your own crew with one of SE Queensland's most established Natural Area Management providers. You'll take ownership of daily work programs, supervise operators on site, and apply your own technical expertise in weed control, chemical application, and ecological restoration.

About you
n
Current Queensland ACDC Licence (Commercial Operator's Licence)
n
Prior industry experience leading or working within a Natural Area Management field crew
n
High-level native and weed plant identification skills (SE QLD region)
n
Chainsaw Level 1 certification (Level 2 highly regarded)
n
Construction White Card
n
First Aid and CPR Certificate
n




Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
n
Certificate III in Conservation and Ecosystem Management (or higher)
n
Sound knowledge of ecological restoration principles and practices
n
Experience with secure use and handling of agricultural chemicals
n
Strong communication skills and confidence supervising a crew
n
Company vehicle provided for work use
n
Uniforms and PPE supplied
