Responsibilities
n
As a HR Business Partner, you will work closely with operational leadersto provide strategic and operational HR support within a complex blue-collarenvironment. Based in Berrinba, QLD , you will partner with leaders todrive employee engagement, manage employee relations matters, supportindustrial relations processes, and contribute to workforce initiatives acrossthe business.
n
This role requires a proactive, resilient, and commercially minded HRprofessional who is confident working in a fast-paced operational environmentand can build strong relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.

Main Responsibilities:

HR
BusinessPartnering:
Partner closely with operational leaders to provide strategic andoperational HR support aligned with business objectives and workforce planning.
n
Employee Relations: Manage day-to-dayemployee relations matters including performance management,
investigations,disciplinary
matters, and coaching leaders through workplace issues.
n
Industrial Relations: Provide supportacross industrial relations matters and Enterprise Agreement processes,
workingcollaboratively
with the wider HR and ER teams.
n
StakeholderEngagement:
Build and maintain strong working relationships with
operationalleaders,
employees, and key internal stakeholders.
n
Employee Engagement: Support and driveemployee engagement initiatives that contribute to a positive and inclusiveworkplace culture.
n
Coaching &Leadership; Support: Provide coaching and guidance to leaders across people
management,communication,
performance, and workforce challenges.
n
HR Reporting &Compliance;: Monitor HR metrics, identify trends, and ensure compliance withrelevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
n
WorkforceInitiatives:




Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that support
businessobjectives,
workforce planning, and continuous improvement.

Your Profile
n
The ideal HR Business Partnercandidate will be a confident and commercially minded HR professional whothrives in a quick-paced operational environment. They will possess strongstakeholder management skills, be comfortable managing competing priorities,and have a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
n
Experience supporting blue-collarworkforces and navigating employee and industrial relations matters will behighly regarded.
n
n
Essential: Previous experience working in a HR BusinessPartner or similar HR advisory position within a large or multi-siteorganisation.
n
Experience
supportingmanufacturing,
logistics, warehousing, transport, industrial, or otherblue-collar environments.
n
Experience workingwithin Enterprise Agreement frameworks and/or unionised workforces.
n
Strong employeerelations and stakeholder management experience.
n
Strong understandingof HR legislation, policies, and best practice.
n
