Clinical Psychologist / Registrar — Employed Role — Adult ADHD & Trauma

Lionheart Psychology is a boutique private practice on St Kilda Road, specialising in adult ADHD, anxiety and trauma (including EMDR). This is an employed position — not a contractor, associate or room-rental arrangement — for a Clinical Psychologist or Registrar who wants a long-term career with a practice that invests in them as it grows.

What we offer
n
Permanent, employed position — 2 days/week to start, with an option to grow this to 3–4 days within 6–12 months as your caseload builds
n
Remuneration for 2 days/week (base salary + per-client bonus, based on a typical caseload), plus Super:
n
Registrar: $770 - $950 + Super
n
Clinical Psychologist: $**** - $**** + Super
n
Salary covers paid admin time, notes and correspondence — not just client contact hours
n
Paid annual leave and other employment entitlements
n
Experienced admin support handling enquiries, bookings and day-to-day operations, so you can focus on clinical work
n
Additional $**** annual CPD allowance, including funding for EMDR training
n
Registrars:



structured supervision toward full Clinical endorsement, plus ongoing mentorship
n
Premium consulting rooms on St Kilda Road, opposite the Shrine of Remembrance, 5 minutes from Anzac Station
n
About you
n
AHPRA registration as a Clinical Psychologist, or currently completing Registrar training toward Clinical endorsement
n
A genuine interest in adult ADHD, anxiety and trauma-focused work
n
A warm, evidence-based, relationship-focused therapeutic style
n
Looking for an employed role — not a contracting or room-rental arrangement
n
EMDR training is preferred. We also welcome applicants with a solid interest in trauma who are willing to learn EMDR.
