Humero Recruitment Partners are partnering with a large, well-recognised not-for-profit organisation to recruit an Aurion Systems Administrator for a 12-month fixed term contract based in Brisbane CBD.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Aurion professional to step into a hands-on systems administration role within a large, complex organisation making a genuine community impact. You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving the organisation's Aurion workplace, supporting the broader HR and payroll function through strong systems expertise and a solutions-focused approach.

The Role
n
Reporting to senior payroll leadership, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and configuration of the Aurion system across a large, multi-entity organisation. This role suits someone who is technically confident in Aurion, can manage competing priorities, and enjoys working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and configure the Aurion payroll system across a large, complex organisation
n
Manage user access, system profiles, and position creation within Aurion
n




Provide technical support and troubleshooting to internal users across payroll teams
n
Support system upgrades, testing, and the implementation of new Aurion modules or enhancements
n
Liaise with external Aurion representatives and vendors to resolve issues and identify improvement opportunities
n

About You
n
n
Demonstrated hands-on Aurion experience is essential
n
Background in payroll systems, or HRIS administration within a large or complex organisation
n
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving capability
n
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision
n
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of the business
n
