About the Role:
n
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality person-centered clinical care to all residents within the Aged Care Facility, located near Central Coast.
n
Working collaboratively with your leadership team & other clinical team members you will ensure each resident feels included in daily decisions of their care & Lifestyle needs, ensure quality standards are met & maintained & support with accurate completion of all relevant documentation.
n

Main Duties
n
n
Provide high quality clinical care to residents
n
Review, update & accurate completion of resident documentation
n
Ensure a safe home environment for all residents
n
Support with funding (AN-ACC) assessments & documentation
n
Mentor, training & leadership of care team members
n
Various shifts available to suit your lifestyle

Skills & Requirements:
n
n
AHPRA RN registration with Australian aged care experience
n
Understanding of aged care standards & quality indicators
n
Strong verbal and written communication skills
n
Understanding or willingness to learn AN-ACC funding system
n
