Are you a highly organised coordinator who loves bringing people together, delivering great events and building strong stakeholder relationships?

We're seeking a Regional Coordinator to support the delivery of regional events, member engagement activities, advocacy initiatives and business programs across the New England North West region.
n
This is a varied and rewarding part time opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a meaningful contribution to the local business community.
n
Working closely with the Regional Director, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of regional activities while providing exceptional support to members, stakeholders and partners.
n
Please note: This is a permanent, part-time role 3-4 days per week.
n
About the Role
n
As Regional Coordinator, you'll provide operational, administrative and event coordination support across a broad range of activities, including:
n
Stakeholder & Member Engagement
n
Coordinate meetings and engagement activities with members, local businesses, government representatives and industry stakeholders.
n
Respond to member and stakeholder enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
n
Support relationship management activities and maintain accurate CRM records.
n
Events & Programs
n
Coordinate the delivery of regional events, workshops, forums, networking functions and business programs.
n
Manage registrations, attendee communications, venues, suppliers and event logistics.
n
Support speakers, sponsors and stakeholders throughout the event planning process.
n
Assist with onsite event delivery and post-event reporting.
n
Communications & Marketing
n
Prepare event invitations, newsletters and stakeholder communications.
n
Coordinate social media activity and support promotion of regional initiatives.
n
Maintain website content and assist with the development of marketing collateral.
n
Governance & Administration
n
Support Regional Advisory Council and stakeholder meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking and action tracking.
n
Process invoices, expenses and purchase orders.
n
Maintain accurate records, reporting and administrative documentation.
n
About You
n
You are proactive, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
n
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
n
Experience in events coordination, administration, stakeholder engagement or a similar role.
n
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
A customer-focused approach and ability to build trusted relationships.
n
Experience managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and Event management systems.
n
Experience in a membership, business, not-for-profit or community-focused organisation.
n
Social media, communications or marketing experience.
n
Canva, photography or content creation skills.
n
