Glencore's Mt Owen/Glendell Operations (MGO) seeks an experienced Mining Superintendent – Drill & Blast to lead drilling, blasting and contractor activities. This role reports to the Mining Manager and operates Monday–Friday dayshift, guiding Supervisors, Employees and Contractors to achieve production targets.

The successful candidate will demonstrate robust leadership, effective communication and a track record in operational leadership within mining.
