Job description - Account Executive
n
In this Account Executive role, you will join the Account Services team, delivering a consistent, professional, and reliable experience for every client. You'll play a hands-on role in campaign management from start to finish, working closely with the trading team to keep reporting accurate and campaigns on track.

Job responsibilities - Account Executive
n
n
Client service: ensure SLAs are met and support a seamless client experience.
n
Campaign management: pre-campaign QA, creative tags, and campaign activation
n
Reporting and insights: work with the trading team to deliver accurate, timely campaign reporting
n
Administrative and technical support: manage documentation, respond to client queries, and troubleshoot campaign issues
n
Cross-team collaboration: work closely across sales and trading to support the wider account services function
n
n
Job requirements - Account Executive
n
n




No previous industry experience required, full training and a structured 3-month onboarding provided
n
Outstanding communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional and personable client manner
n
Strong critical thinking skills and comfort working with data to gather insights
n
Willingness to learn and a proactive, can-do attitude
n
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organised
n
