Responsibilities:
n
n
Fabricate aluminium windows, doors, and façades to technical drawings and specifications
n
Operate machinery, hand tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
n
Measure, cut, assemble, and finish aluminium frames with precision
n
Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
n
Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with Australian Standards
n




Assist with continuous improvement in workshop processes
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Proven experience in aluminium window/door fabrication (minimum 3 years)
n
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
n
Familiarity with fabrication tools, CNC machines, and assembly processes
n
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a quick-paced environment
n
Team player with good communication skills
n
