Casual Gaming & TAB Attendant

The Cross Keys Hotel is seeking an experienced Gaming & TAB Attendant to join our busy and growing team.
n
We are looking for someone who is confident working independently, has a strong understanding of gaming and TAB operations, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
n
This is more than just a standard attendant role — for the right candidate, there is the prospect to take on additional responsibilities and progress into within the venue.
n
What we're looking for:
n
n
Minimum 12 months' experience working in a Gaming and/or TAB environment
n
Strong knowledge and experience with gaming machines, TAB systems and procedures
n
Current RSA, RSG and TAB Compliance Certificates
n
Solid cash handling skills and experience managing tills and cash procedures
n
n
n
A basic understanding of gaming compliance requirements and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations
n
A strong understanding of Liquor and Gaming Regulations and compliance requirements
n
n
n




Experience with opening and closing procedures
n
A strong understanding of Liquor and Gaming Regulations and compliance requirements
n
A customer-first approach and the ability to deliver exceptional service
n
n
n
A strong work ethic, reliability and willingness to support the wider team
n
n
