Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join its growing Local Government team and support long term regional local government clients.
n
This is an chance for an experienced consultant or asset management professional who enjoys working with clients, solving complex problems and turning strategy into practical outcomes.
n
You'll work closely with council stakeholders and the wider team, providing senior advice across asset management and infrastructure while helping deliver meaningful outcomes for the community.

What you'll do
n
n
Provide senior asset management advice to Local Government clients
n
Lead and contribute to asset management projects and deliverables
n
Develop and review asset management plans, strategies and frameworks
n
Contribute to condition, renewal and asset planning initiatives
n
Identify risks, priorities and opportunities with clients
n
Lead project teams and coordinate consultants and technical specialists
n
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
n
Support the continued growth of the Local Government team
n
n
What we're looking for
n
You'll be an experienced consultant or asset management professional with strong technical capability and the confidence to work directly with clients.
n
Ideally, you'll have:
n
n




Significant experience in asset management and/or infrastructure consulting
n
Strong understanding of asset management principles and practices
n
Experience working with Local Government, utilities or infrastructure
n
Knowledge of ISO *****, IIMM or similarframeworks
n
Experience leading projects, teams or client engagements
n
Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills
n
A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering (preferred), asset management, infrastructure, project management or a related discipline
n
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel
n
National Police Check and White Card
n
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
n
n
