We are looking for Casual Personal Care Workers who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our facility in Wauchope. We are offering both casual and permanent positions, we can offer flexible hours and working arrangements.

What You Will Do
n




The Personal Care Worker is responsible for ensuring:
n
n
Personal care is provided in accordance with each resident's needs and preferences such as personal hygiene, continence care, mobility, eating & drinking etc.
n
Clinical Care such as medication support, basic dressings, and wound care, measuring vital signs etc
n
Social and recreational support such as assisting residents' family and visitors, and assisting residents attending activities.
n
Domestic services such as cleaning and serving meals,
n
Assessment and care planning such as completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily charts
n
n
Who are you and what will you bring?
n
n
Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent (or enrolled in same)
n
Unlimited working rights, we do not offer sponsorship
n
Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients
n
Experience in working in an Aged Care setting
n
Currently hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain)
n
Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care
n
Demonstrate robust verbal and written communication skills
