On Site - Finance Administrator (Part Time)

You'll work directly with the Managing Director and leadership team, overseeing all financial reporting and compliance across both businesses. This isn't just a back-office role, it's a chance to shape financial strategy and implement improvements that make a real difference.

Your Responsibilities
n

Full accounts management: payables, receivables, reconciliations
n
BAS, PAYG, and superannuation compliance and lodgements
n
Weekly payroll processing and employee entitlement tracking
n
Financial reporting: cashflow, P&L;, payroll, and more
n
End-of-year reconciliations and summaries
n
Liaising with ATO, banks, and external accountants as required
n
Supporting HR functions including employee contracts, onboarding docs,



and job descriptions
n
Purchasing and stock control
n
International freight arrangements
n
n
What You'll Bring

Strong experience in a similar finance role (multi-entity experience a bonus)
n
Proficiency in Xero
n
A self-starting attitude with robust problem-solving skills
n
Payroll and basic HR understanding preferred
n
A genuine desire to improve systems, not just "do the job"
