The ICT Academic Partnerships Project Manager will build and manage strategic learning and research partnerships with universities, faculty, and educational organizations to expand Wix & Base44 adoption in Australia, APAC, the US, and other global markets. This hands-on role combines project management, community development, educational content creation, and partner evangelism.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage, create, and maintain learning partnerships with college campuses, online learning organizations, student groups, and international professional learning organizations.
n
Project manage joint research initiatives, handle resourcing, scheduling, prioritization, and task coordination to meet milestones, timelines, and budgets.
n
Develop faculty case studies, classroom presentations, and educational materials that translate complex AI and technical concepts into teachable content.
n




Support and mentor student-led ventures and projects built on the Wix platform.
n
Foster and grow active academic, student, and developer communities across campuses and regions.
n
Drive cross-timezone initiatives and introduce Base44 and "vibe coding" into new global markets.

Requirements
n

Experience planning, executing, and maintaining strategic learning partnerships and ICT research initiatives with universities and educational organizations.
n
Proven project management skills, including scheduling, prioritization, and coordination across timezones.
n
Robust communication and storytelling skills for converting technical/AI topics into engaging educational content and presentations.
n
Experience building and nurturing academic or student communities and networks across campuses.
n
Familiarity with supporting student ventures and aligning platform capabilities with academic goals.

Markets and Scope
n
Primary focus includes Australia and APAC with initiatives extending to the US and other global markets. The role requires cross-timezone coordination and outreach to academic stakeholders.
