As a Property Management Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Osprey Village. From tenancy administration to inspections and reporting, you'll help ensure our properties are well-managed and our residents are supported — all while contributing to the team's success in delivering high-quality village services.
n Key Responsibilities

Conduct inspections, prepare reports, and manage maintenance requests
n
Process leases, applications, and bond transactions
n
Communicate with tenants and stakeholders professionally
n
Perform general admin and reception duties, including RMS data entry
n
Support WHSEQ practices and contribute to a safe, compliant workplace
n
n

Minimum 12 months' experience in a similar role

Strong customer service and communication skills

Solid admin skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and RMS
