Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Concrete Construction Supervisor / Worker to join our team here at S-Crete Pty Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organising, overseeing and working side by side with our team on our job sites (industrial & residential) ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

The position is initially offered as a Casual Employment but we are seeking are Full-Time Employee and and following a successful trial period of 3 months, a Full-Time Employment position will be offered.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Extensive experience in the placement of fill, steel & concrete for small and large projects (industrial & residential)
n
Highly skilled and more than confident in reading and interpreting engineering & architectural drawings and specifications
n
Organise & co-ordinate the ordering of supplies and materials for projects
n
Co-ordinate, supervise and work on projects (site preparation, forming up, concrete pouring, finishing, stripping etc)
n
Ensure compliance with all industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications
n
Work with, manage and lead a team of concrete workers, providing positive guidance and support
n
Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and materials
n
Collaborate with Site Managers, Engineers,



S-Crete Directors and employees to ensure smooth project execution
n
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all concrete work at all times
n

About you
n
n
Proven EXTENSIVE experience as a highly skilled Concreter
n
Proven experience as a Concrete Construction Supervisor in the building industry
n
In-depth knowledge of concrete materials, methods, and best practices
n
Strong leadership and team management skills
n
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
n
Commitment to safety and quality standards
n
Current driver's licence (non-negotiable for this position)
n
Licence and experience operating a Bobcat would be a bonus
n
