The part you will play
n
As part of the Tech Projects team, you will work closely with the internal stakeholders on:
n
n
Identifying and delivering AI initiatives that address business needs and improve services.
n
Designing AI-enabled workflows, automations and prototypes using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot and Azure technologies.
n
Building, testing and documenting secure, reliable and governed AI solutions.
n
Facilitating workshops to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.
n
Supporting AI projects from concept through to implementation, adoption and benefits realisation.
n
Providing advice, support and reporting to help drive responsible AI adoption across Council.
n

You will thrive in this role if you:

n
Have experience delivering AI, automation or emerging technology solutions in a complex organisational environment.
n
Enjoy working with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into practical technology solutions.
n
Have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure AI or similar technology platforms.
n
Can confidently facilitate workshops, communicate technical concepts clearly and build strong working relationships.
n




Are passionate about innovation and motivated by improving services, efficiency and outcomes through AI.
n
Understand the importance of security, privacy, governance and responsible AI practices.
n
