The Role
n
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Compliance Administrator to join our firm in a newly created role, working with our client reporting and compliance team to support compliance with legislative and client requirements.
n
This role focuses on accurate and efficient client onboarding, supporting compliance audits and conducting required identity and risk checks for both individual and corporate clients.
n
The ideal candidate is highly organised, process-driven,



and able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency. They will be someone who enjoys structured work, has strong attention to detail, and wants to contribute to a high-performing, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Conduct AML/CTF identity checks and risk assessments for new clients (individuals and entities).
n
Review and verify documentation such as ID, corporate structures, beneficial ownership, and source-of-funds information.
n
Working closely with our finance, technology and marketing teams along with client stakeholders in the business to complete client questionnaires in relation to our regulatory compliance;
n
Identify missing or incomplete information and follow up with internal stakeholders where required.

Ensure all work complies with internal policies, professional obligations, and regulatory expectations
