An opportunity for a Rehabilitation Consultant (Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor) is now on offer with their Inner West / Sydney team!
n
The Role:
n
n
Proactively manage a reasonable caseload, allowing you to focus on quality
n
Case management across a broad referral base, including SIRA, DVA, Life Insurance & Comcare
n
Vocational assessments & counselling
n
Attend case conferences & liaise with stakeholders to achieve RTW outcomes
n
Build robust relationships & generate repeat referrals
n
Provide training & coaching to other team members as the team grows, in line with your skills & areas of interest
n
Work from Inner West Office, with travel to clients around Sydney Metro & surrounds
n
On-site during your induction & probation to make the most of hands-on learning, then a flexible working arrangement between home & office
n

The Ideal Candidate:
n
n
AHPRA-Registered Psychologist (Full or Provisional, with supervision in place) or Full ASORC-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor
n
1 year+ experience in Occupational Rehabilitation preferred - clinical candidates or graduates with a specific interest in the industry are welcome to apply
n

Organised, proactive & motivated
n
Thrives working independently & contributing to a multidisciplinary team
n
A reliable vehicle & driver's licence
