Job Description
Reporting to the Site Manager and Project Manager, you'll take day-to-day ownership of what happens on site — supervising trades, keeping the sequence tight, holding the quality line and making sure the site runs safely and cleanly.

Key responsibilities
n
Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of subcontractors, trades and labour
n
Making sure works are built to the approved drawings, specifications and scope
n
Monitoring progress and reporting updates, delays and issues to the Site Manager
n
Assisting with planning and sequencing to keep the programme on track
n
Inspecting works for quality, and identifying defects and non-conforming work early
n
Enforcing WHS compliance and company procedures on site
n
Running site inductions, pre-starts and toolbox talks
n
Identifying hazards and putting the right controls in place
n
Keeping site records up to date, site diaries, safety documentation and checklists
n
Tracking deliveries, materials and site activity
n
About you
n




Minimum 5 years' experience in residential construction or similar
n
Experience as a Foreman, Leading Hand or in a supervisory role
n
Exposure across multiple stages of construction structure through to finishes
n
Construction Induction Card (White Card)
n
Confident reading and interpreting drawings, specifications and scopes of work
n
Solid understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination
n
Explicit, direct communicator who can give trades a straight answer
n
Genuine attention to detail, particularly on finishes and quality
n
Current driver's licence
n
