Lead, coach and develop a team of recruitment consultants

Drive performance, accountability and team engagement
n
Manage your own end-to-end recruitment portfolio
n
Build and strengthen client and candidate relationships

Identifyand pursue new business opportunities
n
Conduct training, onboarding and ongoing development sessions
n
Support marketing initiatives and employer branding activities

Proven experience in a360-recruitmentrole

Previous leadership, mentoring or coaching experience

Robust business development and relationship-building skills

Commercially minded and motivated by results

Confident communicator with strong influencing skills

Passionate about Real Estate, Property, Development or Construction
n
Positive, resilient and energetic approach to leadership
