Dysart Hospital is a 9-bed rural facility providing:

24-hour Emergency Department
n
Acute inpatient care
n
Outpatient services
n
Rural and community healthcare
n
n
Working in a rural hospital offers a diverse caseload, increased autonomy, and the opportunity to develop valuable emergency and leadership skills.

About the Role
n
Working on a rotating roster of 8 and 12-hour shifts, you will provide safe,
high quality patient care across acute and emergency settings. At times you may be required to lead the ward and work as the sole Registered Nurse on shift.

Essential Experienc
n

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Recent Rural & Remote nursing experience
n
Emergency Department experience
n
Triage and Resuscitation experience
n
Ability to confidently lead shifts and manage the ward independently
n
Current ALS and BLS certification
n
ETEK competency
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
ieMR experience
n
FirstNet
n
PowerChart
n
HBCIS
n
Previous Queensland Health experience
n
