The role:

Are you a healthcare professional who loves the clinical side of your work, but wants to step into something broader?

This is an opportunity to combine your clinical credibility, education skills and commercial thinking in a field-based role where you'll build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, support patients and help grow the adoption of an established healthcare solution.

We're looking for a Brisbane based Clinical Specialist who can confidently move between clinical education, stakeholder engagement and commercial conversations. Someone who enjoys being out in the field, building relationships and making things happen.
n
What you'll be doing
n
Working closely with Territory Managers and the wider commercial and customer facing teams, you'll become a key clinical presence across your territory.
n
n
Build strong, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals across accounts
n
Deliver engaging clinical education, product demonstrations and training
n
Enhance customers confidence in using the product
n
Educate & support patients from initiation of product through to aftercare
n
Partner with Territory Managers to grow referrals & achieve targets
n
Identify opportunities within new & existing accounts
n
Facilitate professional training & certification for relevant healthcare professionals
n
Support educational events,



information sessions and other field-based initiatives
n
Bring valuable intelligence from the field back to the wider sales team
n
Work collaboratively across Sales, Customer Care & Marketing teams
n
n
This isn't a role where you'll be sitting behind a desk waiting for things to happen. You'll have the autonomy to manage your territory, develop relationships and become a trusted clinical partner to the customers and patients you support.
n
What we're looking for
n
You'll bring current professional credentials and/or relevant clinical qualifications & experience, which may include:
n
n
Registered Nurse (RN)
n
Allied Health ie Physiotherapy, Nutrition,Pharmacy etc
n
Diabetes Educator
n
n
You'll also bring solid presentation and communication skills, confidence working independently and the ability to build credibility quickly with healthcare professionals.
n
Previous industry or commercial experience is strongly preferred, ideally with at least two years' experience. A current network across the Diabetes community is ideal.
n
Most importantly, you'll be someone who can combine clinical credibility with commercial awareness. You can educate without lecturing, influence without overselling and build relationships that last.
n
