Working closely with the Venue Manager and wider leadership team,you'lloversee gaming operations, support and develop team members, ensure compliance standards aremaintained, and create a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and looked after.

About You
n
You'rea hospitality professional who understands that great gaming operations start with great guest experiences.
n
You are confident leading teams, passionate about compliance and operational standards, and enjoy being actively involved in the day-to-day running of a busy gaming environment.
n
You'llalso bring:
n
n
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Gaming Supervisor or similar leadership role
n
Strong understanding of Victorian gaming regulations and compliance requirements
n




Knowledge of Victorian liquor licensing and hospitality legislation
n
Experience managing gaming operations, cash
handlingproceduresand
venue compliance
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
n
A hands-on leadership style with a solutions-focused mindset
n
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
n
Current RSA, RSGand Victorian Gaming Industry Employee Licence
n
Availability to work a rotating roster including
evenings,weekendsand
public holidays
n

What You'll Be Doing
n

Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the gaming department
n
Leading,coachingand
supporting gaming team members
n
Ensuring compliance with all gaming, liquor licensing, WH&S; and company requirements
n
Managing gaming staff
rosters,trainingand
performance standards
n
Maintaining gaming equipment audits, cashmanagementand banking procedures
n
Supporting venue
security,openingand
closing procedures, and asset protection
n
Building strong relationships with guests and resolving issues professionally
n
Collaborating with venue leadership to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction
n
Identifyingopportunities
to improve
processes,performanceand
the overall guest experience
