The National BDM Heavy Duty is a field-based position, responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve Automotive Replacement (AR), Heavy Duty (HD), and Hydraulic growth objectives across Australia.
n
Key Responsibilities
n

Develop and execute a national key account strategy aligned to Gates ANZ objectives
n
Drive sales growth across Heavy Duty, Hydraulics, andIndustrial Hose
n
Grow share within existing customers and expand into current segments
n
Identifyand secure new distributorsand key account opportunities
n
Manage relationships with key Australian distributors
n




Support and grow partnerships with national accounts and fleet operators
n
Lead joint business planning and commercial negotiations
n
n
Field Sales & Team Enablement
n
n
Work closely with TSMsin the HD
marketonidentifyingmarket
opportunities.
n
Providecustomertraining
and support
n
Lead expansion of Gates'HD-on highwayhydraulics footprint across Australia
n
Identifyopportunities
inHeavy Duty on Highway sectors
n
Will co-plan with the General Manager-AR strategic direction involving HD
n
Deliver product training and technical support
n
Build strong industry networks
n
