Electrical Services Manager HV Systems

Position Purpose
The Electrical Services Manager HV Systems is responsible for coordinating site services trades and suppliers on complex infrastructure projects, with a focus on the delivery of high-voltage (HV) systems. This includes overseeing design support, testing and commissioning, quality assurance, and installation coordination. The role places robust emphasis on modular construction methods, including off-site fabrication and commissioning of HV and LV assemblies for streamlined site integration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead coordination and delivery of HV systems, including off-site modular assembly, testing, and on-site commissioning.
Manage HV energisation activities, including switching, SCADA integration, and placing equipment into service.
Oversee coordination between trades (electrical, mechanical, controls, etc.)



to resolve clashes and ensure smooth integration.
Monitor progress, support construction sequencing, and elevate issues impacting time, cost, or quality.
Review contractor deliverables and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards.
Support ongoing maintenance planning and provide leadership to site services coordinators.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
5+ years experience in electrical services delivery, with HV systems exposure on large-scale infrastructure projects.
Proven background in modular construction, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Strong understanding of site safety, quality systems, and multi-discipline coordination.
Effective communicator with leadership skills and strong commercial awareness.
