Due to recent growth in volume and capital upgrades, we have the exciting opportunity for experienced Maintenance Electricians to join our team in permanent, full-time rotating shift positions. Join one of Australia's most iconic food manufacturers and help power the future of dairy and nutrition. In this hands-on role, you'll work with contemporary manufacturing equipment and a supportive team environment, providing critical electrical maintenance and troubleshooting support across the site. Key Responsibilities
n
n
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and electrical systems, responding to breakdowns in a timely and practical way.
n
Perform preventative maintenance to improve performance and reduce downtime.
n
Support and guide team members by sharing knowledge and coaching safe equipment use.
n
Ensure all work is completed in line with engineering, safety, and food quality standards.
n
Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives, helping build a strong site culture
n
n
Basic Requirements
n
n
Fully licensed Electrician with experience in a manufacturing or similar environment
n
Strong problem solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis
n
Knowledge of automation systems including PLCs, SCADA, and industrial networks
n
Confident in fault finding and troubleshooting across electrical systems
n
Able to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and P&IDs;
n
