We are seeking a Reliability & Planning Lead for our Brendale facility. You will own our site's maintenance systems, direct critical trades, and lead defect elimination programs to optimise our plant's performance.

What You'll Do
n
You will ensure the day-to-day operations of the facility run smoothly, moving us away from high-pressure reactive situations through meticulous planning. Key focus areas include:




n

Systems & Planning: Act as the MEX CMMS "super-user" and owner. You'll autonomously plan work tasks, manage
contractor/personnel
schedules, align data industry standards like ISO *****, and lead comprehensive shutdown planning and execution.
n
Reliability & Continuous Improvement: Lead RCM-based PM optimisation and defect elimination programs targeting "bad actors."
n
Technical & Compliance: Leverage your strong understanding of electrical systems to ensure compliance with QLD WHS legislation, AS****, PTW, and LOTO requirements through job planning and engagement with the execution team.

The Planner: You are methodical and proactive. You solve problems before they happen.

The Influencer: You can coordinate and gain the support of operational teams and external partners through strong communication, rather than relying on formal authority.
n
The Expert: You possess a solid understanding of complex electrical systems and industrial maintenance. You have strong experience with a major CMMS (ideally MEX) and can act as a system super-user.
n
The Safety Champion: You have a thorough knowledge of QLD WHS legislation, PTW, and LOTO requirements.
n

Bonus points if you have: An electrical background (formal or informal), reliability engineering experience, or knowledge of standards like AS/NZS ****, AS ****, SAE JA****, and ISO *****.
