You will be working as part of an experienced project team, managing the commercial and contractual aspects of major construction projects from start through to completion.

About You
n
We are looking for a Contract Administrator who has a strong commercial understanding and a proven track record working on medium to large-scale construction projects.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Strong experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction
n
Experience working on projects from $20m+
n
Robust subcontractor and trade management skills
n
Excellent contract administration and commercial knowledge
n
The ability to manage variations, progress claims, procurement and contract negotiations
n
Solid communication skills and the ability to build relationships with project teams and subcontractors
n
A stable career history and a proven track record of delivering projects successfully
n
