About the Role

As a Planning Officer, you will:
n

Assess and process a range of development applications.
n
Provide planning and development advice to applicants and community members.
n
Undertake site inspections and contribute to development assessment outcomes.
n
Prepare reports and recommendations for decision-making.
n
Work collaboratively with colleagues, government agencies, applicants, and the community.
n

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Holds a qualification in Urban and Regional Planning or a related discipline.

Salary range is between $95,585 and $108,312 plus superannuation guarantee and will be negotiated commensurate with skills, experience and qualifications.
