Stockland is seeking a Senior Conveyancing Clerk for a 12-month parental leave contract based in Melbourne. You will manage end-to-end conveyancing activities within our Contract Services team, providing leadership and mentoring while ensuring accurate, compliant settlements.

You will work in a hybrid arrangement with three days in the office, collaborating with internal stakeholders and legal partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences during settlements for Stockland communities.
