Well established apartment builder that has an outstanding reputation in the industry are looking for a Site Manager to deliver one of their latest high end apartment development in Sydney Eastern Suburbs.

This is a privately-owned company that offer a really supportive family like culture and that have been operating for 15 years.

They are very busy and have a strong pipeline moving forward over the next 5 years.
n
As the Site Manager you will be directly responsible for the control of the site team and its activities, including:
n
You will be delivering a 10 luxury units development in Sydney Easter Suburbs from start to completion. Your role will include:
n
Developing and building strong rapport with site teams, internal and external stakeholders
n
Coordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries.
n




Management of the construction program along with the Project Manager
n
Liaison with the commercial team to identify variations and claims
n
Managing OHS compliance on site including site induction
n
To be considered for the role of Site Manager you will require:
n
Experience in multi-unit residential
n
Sound knowledge of the Australian construction market including sub-contractors etc
n
Good man-management skills with the ability to motivate and drive both direct and sub-contract labour.
n
Drive and focus to progress career.

Demonstrate leadership skills.
