Key Responsibilities:
n

Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks, including building, repairing, and installing wooden structures and fixtures.
n
Gutter cleaning, window cleaning and gardening duties
n
Carry out general home maintenance, including installations of ability aids, handrails, and painting repairs.
n
Conduct property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
n
Estimations and Quotes
n
Handle minor renovations and home improvement projects.
n
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring safety at all times.
n
Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their property maintenance needs.
n
Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
n

Requirements:




n
n
Qualified and proven experience as a handyman, or in a similar trade role.
n
Ability to perform minor tasks across various trades, such as painting, plumbing, and tiling.
n
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
n
Robust physical stamina and the ability to lift and move materials as required.
n
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
n
Relevant trade qualifications or certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
n
Tech Savvy - can quickly pick up systems and apps
n
Working with children's check
n
White card
n
Flu Shot (already vaccinated or be willing to be vaccinated)
n
Working at heights ticket (preferred, not essential)
