Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with mixing and blending ingredients as required.
n
Operating ovens and managing baking processes to produce baked goods.
n
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the production area.
n
Following all health and safety protocols while handling food production equipment.
n
Supporting team members in adhering to production schedules and quality standards.
n
Reporting any safety concerns or product quality issues to supervisors promptly.
n
Ensuring consistent and reliable attendance during allocated shifts.
n
Preparing and maintaining a safe and hygienic work setting at all times.

Shaping cookies and removing baked items from trays post baking.
n
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the production area.
n
Following all health and safety protocols while handling food production equipment.
n
Supporting team members in adhering to production schedules and quality standards.
n
Reporting any safety concerns or product quality issues to supervisors promptly.
n
Ensuring consistent and reliable attendance during allocated shifts.
n
Preparing and maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment at all times.
n
n
Key Skills & Experience:
n
n
Prior experience in food production or baking desirable but not essential.
n
Experience with blending or mixing ingredients is preferred.
n
Reliable and punctual with a good attitude towards teamwork.
n
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
n
Availability for full-time hours, with shifts starting at 6 am, 7 am, or 8 am depending on the production area.
n
Physical fitness to stand for extended periods, handle food products, and operate related equipment.
n
Demonstrated reliability and positive work attitude.
n
Current or willingness to obtain relevant food safety certifications and compliance training.
n
