What You'll Be Doing

As a Brand Ambassador for Àerre, you'll help customers discover fragrances they'll love while creating a memorable in-store experience.

Your day will include:

Welcoming and engaging every customer with genuine enthusiasm.

Helping customers find their perfect fragrance through personalised scent consultations.
n
Achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets.
n
Maintaining beautiful visual merchandising and store presentation.
n
Processing sales accurately and efficiently.
n
Building customer loyalty through outstanding service.
n
Working collaboratively with your team to create a positive, high-energy workplace.

About You
n

Have previous retail or customer service experience (fragrance, beauty or fashion experience is highly regarded).
n
Love talking to people and creating memorable customer experiences.
n
Are confident recommending products and closing sales.
n
Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic every shift.
n
Enjoy working towards goals and celebrating team success.
n
Are reliable, professional and available to work a flexible retail roster, including weekends and late-night trade.
