What You'll Be Responsible For:

Leading from the front on the shop floor
n
Managing a large retail team across weekdays and weekends
n
Driving customer service standards and team accountability
n
Coaching, mentoring and performance management
n
Rostering and supporting daily operations
n
Maintaining high visual merchandising and presentation standards
n
Managing stock flow and floor coverage
n
Creating structure, consistency and strong store culture
n
Being the key leader staff turn to for support and direction
n
n
What We're Looking For:

You may currently be a:

Store Manager
n
Department Manager
n
Large-format retail leader
n
Big box retail operator
n
