From weddings and conferences to corporate functions, gala dinners and community events, no two days are the same.

About the Role
n
As a Functions & Events Attendant, you'll play an key role in ensuring every event runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll work alongside our Functions team to create outstanding experiences for our guests.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Preparing bars and service stations prior to events.
n
Providing professional food and beverage service, including waitressing and table service.
n
Serving beverages and operating the bar in accordance with RSA requirements.
n
Clearing tables and maintaining clean, organised event spaces throughout service.
n
Assisting with pack down and resetting venues following events.
n
Working collaboratively with the kitchen, bar and events teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
n
Delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
n
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and workplace safety.
n
n
About You
n
You'll be someone who enjoys working as part of a team, has a positive attitude and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
n
You'll also have:
n
n
Previous hospitality, bar, waitressing or function experience (preferred but not essential).
n
A current NSW RSA Competency Card.
n
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
n
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
n




The ability to work efficiently in a busy, rapid-paced environment.
n
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
n
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
n
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
n

Experience within a similar role preferred
n
