The Opportunity:
n Join a boutique, family-owned property business in Lane Cove as a Junior Property Management Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career in property management while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.
n
You'll work closely with the Property Management team, focusing on the field-based side of property management - with no portfolio management, arrears or paperwork!
n
Your Day-to-Day:
n

Conduct routine inspections
n
Complete incoming condition reports
n
Host open homes and leasing inspections
n
Assist with leasing activities
n
Identify and report any property issues to the Property Manager
n
Provide exceptional service to landlords, tenants and prospective tenants
n
Support the wider Property Management team as required
n
n
About You:
n
n
Certificate of Registration is essential
n
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
n
Professional, well-presented and confident
n




Highly organised with great attention to detail
n
Strong communication and customer service skills
n
Keen to learn and develop a career in Property Management
n
Comfortable working Saturdays as part of the role
n
