About the role
Head Barista is a hands-on leadership role that owns the standard behind the bar and across the team. You'll be the bridge between the roastery and the floors, feeding back on how products perform and making sure every cup reflects the work behind it.
Key responsibilities
Training and developing baristas
Implementing and maintaining consistent recipes
Dialling in espresso day to day
Keeping equipment, stock and workflow running smoothly across sites
Communicating passion for specialty coffee to guests and staff
Driving retail coffee sales
Designing systems, prompts and staff habits that turn a positive beverage into a retail consumer
Developing new and seasonal drinks that keep the menu fresh
About you
Strong passion for specialty coffee
Experience leading a team
Ability to build systems that make a coffee program grow
