Your Opportunity

As an Employment Support Consultant in the Workforce Australia program, you'll play a key role in helping participants thrive in their new employment. You'll provide tailored post-placement support, build strong relationships with employers, and provide practical, on-the-job assistance that promotes confidence, independence, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Participant Success:Provide mentoring and regular check-ins to identify and address workplace barriers, enabling participants to achieve long-term, independent employment.
n
Strengthen Employer
Partnerships:Collaborate
with employers to identify workplace needs and deliver practical, on-the-job support that benefits both participants and businesses.
n
Deliver Practical Solutions:Assist participants with workplace training, upskilling, and adjustments to promote independence and job sustainability.
n
Claims
Processing:Accurately
track hours and earnings for all participants, follow up on documentation,



and ensure timely and compliant claims submission in line with program guidelines.

What You Bring
n
n
Relevant Background:A Certificate or Diploma in Community or Employment Services (or related field) or lived experience navigating support systems to achieve education or employment outcomes is highly regarded.
n
Person-Centred &
Compassionate:Skilled
in delivering respectful, tailored support that builds trust, promotes independence, and achieves meaningful outcomes.
n
Accountable & Detail-Oriented:Self-motivated with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and independently managing priorities.
n
Tech Savvy:Highly proficient across a wide range of digital tools and adept at navigating multiple systems efficiently.
n
Pre-Requisites:Full work rights in Australia, with the ability to travel locally, and obtain a National Police Check and Working withChildrenCheck.
