Job Description
Victoria Police is seeking an experienced industrial relations skilled to join the Enterprise Bargaining Team in Melbourne. The Portfolio Manager will support bargaining strategy, consultation, negotiation and workforce reform across Victoria Police as part of the EBA28 project.

Working with sworn members and VPS, you will influence employment conditions and contribute to major workforce initiatives while managing complex industrial relations matters in a high-profile environment.
